We do not now have any dealings with Madison Keats.
We once entered a client finding fee /advertising agreement, for the
benefit of Madison Keats, with one of their managing directors. The
company later refused to honour one of the agreement's main conditions,
claiming that the"managing director was not an officer of the company
and therefore had no authority to enter into the agreement" ( quote
from Bill Smith of Madison Keats ) and we have never been paid anything
          whatsoever by them.
Madison Keats has threatened to sue us if we libel them. I would remind
Madison Keats that truth is an "absolute defense" in the United
          States courts.
